Online Assessment (OA):

Technical Interviews (Typically 2 Rounds):

These rounds cover Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, database management, and deep discussions on the candidate's resume and projects.

Interview Rounds

What to expect in the onsite/virtual loops

Round 1 (Online Assessment):

Typically 90 minutes. Contains sections on Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Technical MCQs (DBMS, OS, OOPs, output tracing in C/C++/Java). The coding section usually has 1 or 2 medium-level DSA questions.

Round 2 (Technical Interview 1):

~45 minutes. The interviewer will ask you to write code for standard DSA problems (Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists). Expect a significant focus on OOP concepts (Polymorphism, Inheritance) and basic SQL queries (Joins, Group By).

Round 3 (Technical Interview 2):

~45 minutes. Focuses on core subjects, specifically Database Management Systems (Normalization, Transactions) and Operating Systems. Detailed discussion on academic projects, focusing on the technologies used and challenges faced.

Round 4 (HR Interview):

~30 minutes. Standard behavioral questions. Topics include conflict resolution, teamwork, willingness to relocate, and reasons for wanting to join ADP.
